Melanie’s passion for dentistry began in high school during a co-op placement at a dental office in her hometown of Richmond Hill. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Geology at Western University. After graduating UWO in 2020, her unwavering interest in the dental field brought her to Fanshawe College where she received her diploma in 2023 for Dental Hygiene.
Melanie has been with Creative Dentistry, now Northwest Dental, ever since and it has been an honour for her to grow with the office and be a part of such an amazing team. She strives to work collaboratively to provide comprehensive and individualized oral health care. She values the importance of oral health promotion and its impact on a persons overall health and wellbeing. Melanie is compassionate and hopes to help others achieve their oral health goals in an environment that is supportive and understanding.
Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She married her husband in 2024, and as newlyweds they enjoy camping, playing board games, and going to farmers markets together. Some of her hobbies include baking, reading, and gardening.
